A Latter-Day Pilgrimage to Palmyra

On July 18-20, 2008, we voyaged to Palmyra, N.Y., for the Hill Cumorah Pageant in Palmyra, N.Y., where the grand narrative of Mormonism is dramatically represented each year on stage. This is a true record of our trip.

An absolute tyranny

"The history of mankind is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations on the part of man toward woman, having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over her."
- Declaration of Sentiments, 1848

We really enjoyed our visit to the Seneca Falls visitors center and monument. Note that there are no longer any falls in Seneca.
